1. Narrated Slides

Tools for slide design include Google Slides, PowerPoint (tutorial) or Keynote (tutorial). Each has its own built-in function for recording.  Research to find which one fits your style and existing equipment. These tools enable you to save your presentation as a movie.

The best-designed projects often use high-resolution images and minimal written text. There are also techniques to presentations which may be helpful:

2. Screencast

Screencasting is recording your computer screen while adding a voiceover. It is commonly used for online training, software tutorials, and step-by-step video instructions. For basic video creation and editing, iMovie for Mac and MovieMaker for PC do well. Other tools include:

3. Animation

Utilizing animation for instruction or data presentation has become part of many classrooms and organizations. Animations convey information and data in ways text and still images cannot.

Options to consider include:
